On February 19 of this year the Oilonshow Intellectual Club under the Student Council held the final round of the 8th season, and marked its 4th Anniversary.

At the final round 6 teams competed on the theme “Exploring the Manas Epos”. The teams played during two rounds; during the 1st round the team captains competed, and during the 2nd round entire teams participated in the game. The participants were asked questions on the Manas Epos and its research.

At the end the 3rd place was taken by Intellect, the 2nd by Dilgirler team. As for the 1st place, it was taken by Muras team that was named Champion of the 8th season. The Best Player title was won by Aisezim Tabaldiyeva. The winners were presented with honorary certificates and gifts. Moreover, on Facebook social networking website at post writing contest on the theme “Men Oilonshounu taanygan kun” (My First Day at Oilonshow) Aly Primov was named winner.

At the event a short concert programme took place as well. The university students recited Manas and performed musical pieces. Moreover, the viewers were also given questions and gifts.
