On October 20 of this year a seminar entitled “I Know Rules of the Road” was organized at School-Gymnasium No. 95 in the capital, Bishkek, for 1 – 14th grades pupils. The event was Manas + Team.

During the seminar traffic regulations were explained to the children, road signs and the rights of pedestrians were described. The Theater Club of the university demonstrated the observance of traffic regulations and safety rules through sketches. In addition, videos on compliance with traffic regulations were shown. The participants received answers to their questions afterwards.

Moreover, at the seminar a drawing competition on the theme “I Know Rules of the Road” was announced. At the end the authors of the best drawings will receive awards.

The goal of “I Know Rules of the Road” seminar is to teach schoolchildren traffic regulations and safety rules, prevent road accidents, and encourage them to follow traffic regulations.
We note that the same seminar has been conducted at the aforementioned school for 5-11th grades pupils.
