On March 7, the seminar on the topic “Recycling in the world and in Kyrgyzstan” was organised by the “AGRO PROGRESS” club in the Faculty of Agriculture’s lecture hall - 203. The seminar aimed to inspire students to preserve the ecology and to love fatherland.

During the seminar the member of the club Eldiyar Janybekov said: “We boast of our ecology, but we don’t take any measures to protect it. Products of Market economy come with big amount of polyethylene packages, and plastic things. The scariest thing is the burning of them in the polygon, its rapid accumulation and not sorting of them”. He added that despite of having the places for recycling plastic and waste paper we avoid carrying them there.

After that, seniors of Engineering Faculty announced the names of the Faculties which had no plastic in the boxes and which were fullest boxes with the paper.
