One of the newly formed clubs under the Student Council, Computer Science Club, has organized Typing Competition. In total, 50 students took part in the competition.

The competition was held online through the following website: http://play.typeracer.com/ , and divided into five rounds. The winners of each round went on to the finals, and fought for the main prize. The 3rd place was taken by a student at the Department of Computer Engineering, Azamat Zyntemirov, and another student of the aforementioned department, Atai Sultangaziyev, took the 2nd place. A student at the Higher School of Tourism and Hospitality, Aidil Umarov, won first place. The winners were presented with certificates and money prizes.

We note that Computer Science Club was formed in April, 2017. At present the club is being active under the leadership of a 3rd year student at the Department of Computer Engineering, Mustafa Alp Cetin.
