On November 17 of this year the Student Council organized a concert program on the occasion of the Students’ Day. The celebratory evening was held in a social facility building.

During the event active students were treated to dinner, which was accompanied by the concert program of the Music Club. In addition, interesting games were held, and the winners were presented with gifts.

We would like to add that the 17th of November was declared the International Students’ Day by the World Congress of Students in Prague, the capital of Czechoslovakia, in 1946.

Although it is not considered an official holiday in Kyrgyzstan, this day has been celebrated as one among students since 1990.
