On April 18 in K. Tynystanov Gathering Hall the competition “Orator Time” was held. The responsibilities of judges were performed by the Chairman of the Yiman Spiritual Culture Development Fund, Nurzhigit Kadyrbekov, the founder of BN Training Center, Burulkan Nurakova, the founder of the center Orator Club.kg, Kaliima Bekturova, and a senior lecturer of the university, poet, Altynbek Ismailov.

In the qualifying round of the competition “Orator Time” 8 students were selected for the finals.  The finalists tried their strength in the following:

1)    Expressing one’s opinion on the given topic in 5-7 minutes;
2)    Linking words crating one meaningful entity;
3)    Performing tasks given by the judges.

At the end first place was won by Bekbolot Kubatbek uulu, Zarina Akparaliyeva was ranked second, and Hurmukhammed Turkbayev took third place. The winners were presented with laudatory certificates and gifts.

The event had been organized the Bilim Committee under the Student Council.
