On May 18, 2018 in the culture center of the Faculty of Arts a concert entitled “Spring Melodies” took place. The event had been organized by the 3rd year students of the Department of Music.

The concert started with performance by the orchestra “Turkic World” under the guidance of a distinguished conductor of the Kyrgyz Republic, Rysbek Zhumakunov.

During the concert students recited pieces from oral literature of the two countries, whereas the supervisor of the group “Guitar”, Nurlan Asankanov, sang a duet with the supervisor of the ensemble “Komuzchular”, Elvira Narynbekova.

The Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Merited Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic, Laureate of the Toktogul State Prize, Anarbek Ibrayev, said: “This concert is an intimal step on your path to the big stage. Perhaps, among us there are those who will become Honored Artists in the future”.

We note that this concert is held annually by the 3rd year students of the Department of Music.
