Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University Faculty of Communication, held in the Russian Federation was awarded the International Zilant Film Festival. At the festival held in Kazan City of Tatarstan, the autonomous region of the Russian Federation, on july 12, 2020, Radio-Television and Cinema Department student Amanat Rahmanova was deemed worthy of the "best documentary film" award in the student category with her documentary "safe house". Many films at international level participated in the festival, which was held on the internet within the scope of covid-19 measures.
