On October 27, the Rector of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University Prof. Dr. Sebahattin Balci and the Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Anvarbek Mokeev met with the representatives of the Student Council.

The students gifted pectoral icons of KTMU and identity membership of Student Council.

Student Council in defensing and representing the interests of the students in the councils and platforms, as well as in organizing and conducting the social, cultural and sport events with participation of students. This convention No. 2001-34 was adopted in March 1, 2001 by decision of the Academic Council of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University within the framework of the regulations of the Student Council and the student clubs of Kyrgyz-Turkish University "Manas".
